Rage, vile Eucharistic blasphemy, prophecies and prayer were elicited by this blog saying a consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by Antipope Bergoglio would be satanic.
Now Bishop Athanasius Schneider has said that the Vatican's announcement of the consecration “ought to fill all Catholics with deep joy, consolation and encouragement."
His book Christus Vincit reveals +Schneider as a truly holy man. He obviously believes Bergoglio was licitly elected to the papacy. If only we could believe it! Then we too would be filled "with deep joy".
That's one thing. For another, the Holy See declared in 2000 that "the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart has been done". In the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith’s “The Message of Fatima,” released June 26, 2000, as part of the Holy See’s official publication and interpretation of the secret of Fatima, we read (emphasis added):
Sister Lucia personally confirmed that this solemn and universal act of consecration corresponded to what Our Lady wished (“Sim, està feita, tal como Nossa Senhora a pediu, desde o dia 25 de Março de 1984”: “Yes it has been done just as Our Lady asked, on 25 March 1984”: Letter of 8 November 1989). Hence any further discussion or request is without basis. https://www.marian.org/fatima/about/russia.
So why is Bergoglio doing it again, on 25 March 2022? Why is the Vatican now acceding to a request which in 2000 it declared to be "without basis"? Why is the Catholic world in a complete tizz, holding a discussion that is "without basis"? The Vatican is hoist with its own petard.
Well, Russia has invaded Ukraine and the Ukrainian bishops have asked "Pope Francis" to make the consecration (again, if one believes the CDF).
But we can't believe the CDF. The "Sister Lucia" who confirmed it had been done was a fake. That's glaringly obvious in photos comparing her and the real Lucia dos Santos of Fatima. It seems the faux Sister Lucia (or Lucy) was wheeled out by the Vatican partly to forestall any further papal attempts at achieving the seemingly impossible consecration - which is of course opposed by Satan, with all his not inconsiderable might and main.
Marian Horvat PhD:
If she (Sister Lucy) expressed such serious concern about the importance that the Third Secret be revealed in 1960, why was she silent about it for the next 40 years? Contradicting what she had previously stated, how could she confirm the supposed secret that was unveiled by the Vatican in 2000, along with an “official interpretation” by Cardinal Ratzinger and Archbishop Tarcisio Bertone who then declared the Fatima episode closed, “a part of the past” ?
These, and many other questions, could be explained by the fact that there was a different Sister Lucy being presented to the public after 1960.
NB:1960 - the middle of Vatican Council II.
I have pointed out the differences not only between the faces of Sister Lucy I and Sister Lucy II, but also in their spirits and attitudes. I present them to my readers with the honest concern to expose the truth so that Catholics may judge whether they are being fooled or not. . https://www.traditioninaction.org/HotTopics/g12htArt2_TwoSisterLucys.htm
And consider this:
(Go to) the website for the Discalced Carmelites: [click here], and go to the obituaries for nuns in 2005 [click here, see entry 265]. If you go to Sr. Lucia, they have listed the date of death to be May 31, 1949. https://www.traditioninaction.org/Questions/E016_SrLucyRepercussions.htm
Curiouser and curiouser ...
LifeSite’s founders John-Henry Westen and Steve Jalsevac (have) issued a similar call, imploring readers to contact their bishops and ask them to join the March 25 consecration. They stated that “in all of our 25-year history, we have never put out a more urgent request than the one we are about to lay out to you now.”
The consecration of Russia is one key message of Our Lady of Fatima, who appeared numerous times to poor children in Fatima, Portugal, in 1917, with added requests given to one of the seers, Sister Lucia. Our Lady of Fatima requested this consecration in order to bring about peace to the world and the conversion of Russia. In light of the Vatican’s announcement of the upcoming consecration of Russia and Ukraine, Bishop Schneider wrote in the statement as sent to LifeSite (see full text below) that this “ought to fill all Catholics with deep joy, consolation and encouragement, and we hope that it will also bring joy and solace to our dear Orthodox brothers and sisters in Russia and Ukraine.” He then reminded us that, according to what Our Lady told Sister Lucia, “the Pope should invite all bishops to unite themselves with him in making this consecration.”
“We hope, that even in the absence of a formal invitation from the Pope, many bishops will unite themselves to this act of consecration,” he added.
In the face of the “unprecedented spiritual crisis” that Church and state are currently undergoing, “the common collegial act of consecration to the Immaculate Heart, made by the Pope in union with the world’s bishops, will be a powerful instrument for Divine Providence to pour out those special graces which the Church and the world so urgently need,” Bishop Schneider concluded.
The Latin American bishops have already announced that they will join Pope Francis in his consecration of Russia and Ukraine.
And what about New Zealand's bishops?
Catholics in Aotearoa New Zealand
So woke.
are being asked to visit their churches next Friday to join with Pope Francis in a special day of prayer for Ukraine.
... New Zealand’s Catholic bishops are asking Catholics here to offer special prayers for everyone caught in the Ukraine war by going to their local parish church on Friday to pray the Rosary.
Bishop Stephen Lowe, the Bishop of Auckland and Secretary of the NZ Catholic Bishops Conference, said visiting a church next Friday would be a show of solidarity.
Do we ever get a statement of any length from the bishops that omits the buzz word "solidarity"?
“All over Ukraine, people are having to flee their homes because of the war. Leaving our homes here in Aotearoa New Zealand to go to our local church to pray on this special day would very much be showing solidarity to the people having to leave their homes in Ukraine.
“Normally we would have a Mass or advertise a time for the Rosary but with the current Covid-19 restrictions imposing a limit of 100, we are hoping people will visit their local church throughout the day. The bishops too will also be heading to their respective cathedrals to pray the Rosary on Friday in support of Pope Francis.
Our Lady requested, actually, that the world's bishops make the consecration in union with the pope. Praying the Rosary is beautiful, but that is not what Our Lady asked for.
“What is important is leaving your homes on Friday to visit your local church, at a time that suits you.
What is most important is fulfilling Our Lady's request to the bishops.
We will be asking all churches to be open from 7am to 7pm so as many people as possible can visit at different times during the day, in keeping with the Covid-19 restrictions.”
Bishop Lowe said Friday would be a day of prayer for everyone affected by the war: “We will be praying for those who have been wounded or killed. We will be praying for those who care for the wounded. We will be praying for those who have suddenly become refugees and for those that care for them. And we will pray that the Russian leadership and soldiers may have a change of heart.
“This is the season of Lent, which is about the change, the conversion of the heart. Christ calls us to love our enemies and to embrace each other as brothers and sisters.
Of course Bishop Lowe doesn't mean embracing one another literally! That would not be "in keeping with the Covid-19 restrictions"! That would be TRULY WICKED!
And as we pray for Ukraine we also remember those caught in other conflicts, including Yemen, Syria, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Libya and elsewhere.”
The Church’s National Liturgy Office will send prayer material specially for next Friday to parishes by early next week.
How about saving money and trees by forgetting the bumf and just asking everyone to attend Mass and pray the Rosary?
The second photo of Sr. Lucia is an older version of the young one, no replacement double ! 5 p.m. Vatican time (Friday) should be 4a.m. Sat. NZ time. By seeing Ukraine as part of Russia, I meant at the beginning of Russia as a nation state = 'old Russia', also as Bishop Schneider said, in 1917, when Our Lady appeared at Fatima, Ukraine was still then part of Russia. Their destinies are inexplicably linked. Kia ora, Matt W.
ReplyDeleteI say:
DeleteAs to the photos of the two Sr Lucias all I can say is, you make me laugh. Go to the link I gave to Dr Marian Horvat for her scholarly comparison of several photos of the two women.
And yes, 4 a m Saturday should be the time for the NZ bishops to make the consecration in union with Bergoglio. Let's pray they remember to set their alarms ...
And yes, in 1917 Ukraine was part of Russia and was so until 1991. So in a sense, a consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart would validate Russia's attempt to reclaim the latter.
Cud be the like the old fable of two Pope Paul's. As you get older your ears grow. There was no imposter Pope as claimed by Bayside.
ReplyDeleteNo, that is not how a consecration works
ReplyDelete. It is not about the political level, it is about making nations holy. So a consecration is impartial not going to favour one side or another- it's like let the chips fall where they may. Matt W.
