BISHOPS, CATHOLICS TAKING THE V*X PROMOTE FETAL BODY PARTS BIZ

How do New Zealand's Catholic Bishops feel about promoting experiments with murdered babies' scalps and livers and other organs in the multi-million dollar fetal parts industry?

How do "good Catholics", who obediently accepted the abortion-tainted v*x like the bishops told them to, feel about taking advantage of this hideous biz?

In a newly-leaked video a top scientist in the Biden administration who's defended these practices for 12 years claims the research is “moral and beneficial.”  But he's "troubled". Because he claims to be a Christian.

During a private Institute of Politics event Oct. 26 at the University of Chicago, a student in the audience asked Collins about the NIH using taxpayers’ money to fund experiments like one at the University of Pittsburgh that involved grafting the scalps of aborted babies onto the backs of rodents, the report states.

Collins, who professes to be a devout Christian, said he feels “troubled” by abortion, but he believes it is ethical to use “fetal tissue” for scientific research.

“After all, pregnancy termination is, at the present time, legal in the United States. Whether you’re in support of it or not, it’s happened …The material from those elective abortions is discarded. There are aspects of fetal tissue that can be extremely valuable in understanding how life works, how development happens, and how to treat certain diseases like Parkinson’s disease, for instance.”

Other scientists say research with aborted babies’ organs has not been effective, and ethical alternatives exist.

Francis Collins, "devout Christian"

But Collins argued in favor of continuing research with aborted baby body parts because they are in easy supply, saying, “Fetal tissue is being discarded in large quantities every day.” Nearly 1 million unborn babies are aborted in the U.S. every year. He continued: “If there were a circumstance where, with consent of the mother, having been obtained after the abortion, not in any way as an inspiration to carry it forward, the abortion … could ultimately help somebody. Which of those two choices is more ethical — discard all the tissue or use a small part?

Then, Collins suggested that research with aborted baby body parts actually may redeem the immoral act of abortion.

“Can you in fact, … even with actions that you consider immoral, derive something from it that might actually be moral and beneficial?” he asked, the Wire reports. “That’s the horns of the dilemma upon which I have been resting here for these 12 years as NIH director, trying to oversee human fetal tissue research, which is something that I have to make decisions about.”

How can an intelligent man rest for 12 years on the horns of a dilemma that isn't? Perhaps because he's not a Catholic? But the bishops are Catholic, they say, and the Catholics who've taken the jab are Catholic, they say - and like the Protestant Francis Collins they can't see that fundamental Catholic principle, that the ends never justify the means.

That's the Novus Ordo effect.

Under Collins’ leadership in the Obama administration, the NIH spent tens of millions of tax dollars funding unethical experiments involving aborted babies’ body parts.

In some experiments, organs were harvested from healthy, later-term unborn babies. According to CNS News, one University of California San Francisco experiment created “humanized mice” using organs from healthy aborted babies at 18 to 24 weeks gestation whose mothers had abortions for “elective … non-medical reasons.”

A 2017 journal article indicates aborted babies’ intestines were used in another taxpayer-funded experiment.

Perhaps the most horrific, a taxpayer-funded experiment at the University of Pittsburgh involved scalping second-trimester aborted babies and then implanting their scalps onto rodents to study the human immune system. The researchers published the results of the study in 2020 in the journal “Scientific Reports,” as well as photos that show tufts of babies’ hair growing on the rodents.

Recently, the Center for Medical Progress uncovered evidence suggesting some aborted babies’ hearts still may be beating when their organs are harvested for scientific research.

Collins, a member of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences (he professes to be a devout Christian, and was appointed during Antipope Bergoglio's pontificate - ed) differed from the Catholic Church’s teachings in his opinions regarding the use of fetal tissue of aborted babies in research. Earlier this year, he oversaw a rollback of a moratorium on new NIH research with aborted fetal tissue. we ought to think about whether it is more ethical to throw them away, or in some rare instance to use them for research that might be life saving,” he said.

The 2008 Vatican document Dignitas personae strongly criticized research using human embryos and fetal tissue of aborted babies, stating that researchers have a “duty to refuse” such material. Regarding treatment of human embryos, the document states that "the obtaining of stem cells from a living human embryo…invariably causes the death of the embryo and is consequently gravely illicit.”

In 2019, Trump administration rules imposed a moratorium on new NIH research with aborted fetal tissue but in April 2021, the Biden administration reversed that moratorium, again allowing federally-funded NIH research using fetal tissue and organs of aborted babies,

Remember how NZ bishops and priests in general despised Trump? How they were all for Biden? Are they at all "troubled" about that now?

In January Vatican secretary of state Cdl. Pietro Parolin claimed that Pfizer used "cell lines from aborted fetuses only in the preliminary stages of vaccine testing in the laboratory, but no cell lines from aborted fetuses are included in either the composition or production."

Approving the Pfizer jab, the Holy See's second-in-command argued that vaccines made by AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson are "actually produced from cell cultures that were donated about 40 years ago for scientific purposes."

"Therefore, it seems that not wanting to undergo vaccination with this motivation cannot be justified, since the vaccine that is currently used is precisely the Pfizer that uses the mRNA method" of using fetal cells for testing, Parolin said.
Parolin's endorsement of Pfizer came two months after Project Veritas released a devastating exposé of top company officials and leaked emails revealing Pfizer was using aborted fetal tissue in its vaccine program.
In Europe they're over it

Popular British writer Deacon Nick Donnelly told Church Militant "Cdl. Parolin's distinction between using abortion-derived cell lines in production and testing makes no sense. Testing is part of production. It is appalling to see Parolin grant Pfizer an abortion absolution."

"Pfizer's decision to use the HEK-293 cell line in the testing procedures is not morally neutral," Donnelly explained. "The Pfizer jab depends on cells harvested from a baby girl who was aborted and vivisected alive."

"HEK-293, so named because it derives from a Human Embryonic Kidney (belonging to a girl who was aborted in the Netherlands in the 1970s), was used only in the testing phase by Pfizer, this is true," agreed Dave Brennan, executive director of the pro-life project Brephos

"But this testing phase was utterly essential for the jab to receive emergency authorization. Without getting through this phase, the jab would never have come to market. Hence the distinction between development and testing phases is, ethically speaking, irrelevant, since both were essential," Brennan argued.

Eminent Catholic ethicist Dr. Michael Pakaluk explained how "the CDF taught that the use of 'cell lines of illicit origin' (as it calls them) in any aspect of medical research is contrary to the Hippocratic Oath.

In his paper, "The 'Duty to Oppose' in Dignitas Personae" Pakaluk observes how in the use of abortion-derived cell lines "the crime of murder in the abortion is the most obvious, but there are other crimes as well."

"One is the assuming of ownership of what one has no right to own — to take cells and use them to produce a cell line for lab research, perhaps even selling them for profit, when the cells at the origin of that line should have been respectfully interred."

  1. A bit off target but I was looking at The Remnant. Michael Matt has done a first class job showing actual video clips of people in power speaking on future bioethics which are round the corner. They will engineer bodies and brains. They will hack the genome chain and chip brains and minds. New life forms. The demise of free will. Again, these are the very words of people in power. Some of us will be this new species, killed off when worn out. Every Catholic and priest should view this material. It may be 20 years off but it is coming.
