Maybe Jacinda Ardern considers the loss of people's livelihoods, the loss of their jobs, to be no penalties at all. Or maybe Jacinda Ardern is a liar.
There's no 'maybe' about it. Prime Sinister Ardern is a liar. And a tyrant.
She's riding roughshod over the Human Rights Act. Over our freedoms, especially religious freedom. Over the Nuremberg Code. The unvaxxed are the new Jews.
And - the cheek of it! - she chooses Labour Weekend to make her Labour Party announcement of No Jab No Job. In one fell swoop she tells the work force in the education, health and corrections sectors that either they take her poisonous Pfizer concoction or they're out of work.
Surely no other country in the 'civilised' world has ever been so traumatised, so tragically totalitarianised, so - well, totalled.
COVID-19: Mandatory vaccinations:
- general practitioners
- pharmacists
- community health nurses
- midwives
- paramedics
- all healthcare workers in sites where vulnerable patients are treated, including intensive care units
- non-regulated healthcare workers in:
- aged residential care
- home and community support
- kaupapa Māori health fields.
Any health and disability workers (employed or voluntary, private and public) who fall under these roles must receive their first dose of the vaccine by 11.59pm 15 November 2021. They must receive their second dose by 1 January 2022.
It is mandatory for certain roles in the corrections sector to be fully vaccinated, including:- all staff who work in prisons
- health care staff working in prisons

- all other regulated professions currently registered under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act regulations.
Any corrections workers (employed or voluntary, private and public) who fall under these roles must receive their first dose of the vaccine by 11.59pm 6 November 2021. They must receive their second dose by 11.59pm 8 December 2021.
Workers over the age of 12 years who carry out work at or for an affected education service (including as a volunteer worker or an unpaid worker) and who either:
- may have contact with children or students while carrying out the work
- will be present at the affected education service at a time when children or students are also present.
Volunteers and paid or unpaid workers at:
- early childhood services (other than playgroups), which are either:
- early childhood education and care centres:
- a free kindergarten that is an early childhood service whose licence permits no child to attend for a period of more than 4 hours on any day
- any other early childhood service that is declared to be an early childhood education and care service by regulations made under the Education and Training Act
- home-based education and care services that provide education or care, (for gain or reward) to children who are under the age of 5 years, or who are aged 5 years but not enrolled at school, in the children’s own home, the home of the person providing the education or care, or any other home nominated by a parent of the children. Every person 12 years of age and over in the home where the home-based education and care service is provided needs to be vaccinated.
- hospital-based education and care services that provides education or care to 3 or more children under the age of 6 years who are receiving hospital care within the meaning of section 4(1) of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001.
- early childhood education and care centres:
- registered schools, which are either state schools, state integrated schools or private schools
- hostels, which are boarding establishments used mainly or solely for the accommodation of students enrolled at a registered school.
Who the mandatory order does not include
It does not cover tertiary institutions or people that work within them. It also does not include workers at playgroups. Playgroups are groups that meet on a regular basis to facilitate children’s play where:
- no child attends for more than four hours on any day
- more than half of the children attending on any occasion have a parent or caregiver present in the same play area at the same time
- the total number of children attending on any occasion is not greater than four times the number of parents and caregivers present in the same play area at the same time.
Any education worker who falls under these roles must receive their first dose of the vaccine by 11.59pm 15 November 2021. They must receive their second dose by 11.59pm 1 January 2022.
Workers may be exempt from the requirement to be vaccinated if, after examination:
- a suitably qualified health practitioner considers that the vaccination is clinically contradicted for the person, and
- a suitably qualified health practitioner provides written confirmation of that assessment.
A worker may not exempt themselves even if they are a suitably qualified health practitioner.
Then the MoH appends a couple of pages describing the hoops employers must jump through to get an exemption (or is it an exception - they don't seem to know the difference) for employees. You'd have to be terrifically keen on an employee to bother.
And here's where the Bishops might start to get busy: "Places with vaccination certificate requirements" and "Places where vaccination certificates are not used": we see that if they let people in to Mass without vax passes they'll be limited to 100 with 'distancing' - but hey, how generous - if the bishops plump for proof of vaccination they can let as many people in as they like, with no extra stress and time required of our priests and their staff for roping off alternate pews and making cute notices to stick on them.
Bishop Schneider’s position (on the vaccine) was articulated in a paper released last week that was signed by himself and Cardinal Janis Pujats, Bishop Joseph Strickland, and Archbishops Tomash Peta and Jan Pawel Lenga. The statement was spurred by the push of bishops across the world to support a COVID vaccine despite it being tainted with cells from aborted babies.
Bishop Schneider explained that he and his brother bishops who signed the statement understand the gravity of what they have suggested in that refusing the COVID vaccine may lead to harsh penalties. His Excellency explained, like fellow signee Bishop Strickland already has as well, that he would go to prison before taking an abortion-tainted vaccine. Moreover, should it even be demanded at the price of his life, he said he believed God would grant him the strength to make the ultimate sacrifice.Bishop Schneider said it was “a pain in my heart” in seeing so many people he esteems backing the permissibility of taking an abortion-tainted COVID vaccine. He believes they are “simply blinded,” but that God will show them the consequences and their eyes will be opened.
Simple people, he said, reject this automatically, instinctively, which is for the bishop a sign of the Sensus Fidelium. But even were he alone in this, the bishop said he must “follow the truth, even if I will lose all of my good friends.”
“Even if I will be alone, I will follow my conscience, as Thomas More and John Fisher,” he said.
Bishop Schneider believes it is also a sign of the last times where even the good ones are confused. (Mt. 24:24)https://www.lifesitenews.com/blogs/pro-death-world-powers-wish-to-use-vaccine-mandates-to-force-cooperation-with-abortion/
The exemption certificates are personalized with the name of each member and bear +Schneider's signature. So that any member can take that certificate along with a personal statement to their place of employment.
The certificate reads: "This is to certify that (Name) is a perpetual member of the Confraternity of Our Lady of Fatima in good standing and as such holds to the following deeply held religious belief that the crime of abortion is so monstrous that any kind of concatenatation with this crime, EVEN A VERY REMOTE ONE (our emphasis) such as vaccines that use aborted fetal cells for the testing or production, is immoral and cannot be accepted under any circumstances by a Catholic."
Christopher Wendt, International Director of the Confraternity of Our Lady of Fatima, who helped to co-found the Confraternity with Bishop Schneider, explains that anyone in the world is welcome to join the Confraternity."There are some promises that you make to try to help live out the call of Our Lady of Fatima and to bring about the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in your own life," Wendt said. There is also a resource link on their website on how to request your certificate and how to get a copy of the Religious Exemption Letter Template. It's all very straighforward. First you download your Religious Exemption Letter Template. You take that template and personalize it, making it an expression of your deeply held personal religious beliefs. Then, second, if you feel called to join the Confraternity, you fill out a form and become a member. A third party will send you your personalized certificate signed by Bishop Schneider in an email within one business day. Then you submit both to your place of employment.
It says on the website that it is not offered as legal advice, but respected attorneys have reviewed it.It is recommended certainly that you do seek expert legal help if you feel that your Constitutional rights are being violated.
Well New Zealand might not have a Constitution but it does have a Bill of Rights and boy, is Ardern violating that or what?

Ah, but Texas is a red State. Republican. And if our 2020 election results are to be believed, over half of New Zealand is socialist, liberal, lefty and limp in the hands of our inglorious leader. We must RESIST. And PRAY.
When Ardern violates the Nuremberg Code there is only one meaning to this, (namely that violators thereof are criminals against humanity on par with Nazis) and there is only one sentence.
ReplyDeletego look it up while it can still be found
That makes most western leaders just as guilty but I doubt this statute applies in this instance. Remember the law about selling bread to striking warfies in the strike of 1951?Good old National. So full of contradictions and still appears to be so.
