JUSTICE ELLIS WHO WON'T HALT KIDS' V*X 'LIVES ON PLANET DUMB ARSE'

A High Court Judge, Justice Rebecca Ellis, has refused to halt the v*ccine roll-out for children. We might have known it.

In 2017 Ellis was described as living "on planet dumb arse" by Victims' Advocate Louise Nicholas Obviously "planet dumb arse" is where Ellis still resides. 

She doesn't believe nice v*ccinated children - or even horrid v*ccinated children - will bully the kids who haven't had the Jab. They won't copy their v*xxed parents or indeed, the example set by the Prime Minister herself, and make life miserable for the unv*xxed.  

Ava Berry, 10, was one of the first children to get her first Covid-19 vaccine dose at Woolcombe House in Timaru on Monday from nurse Jane Pierce. 

A group of eight parents has been refused an interim order to halt the vaccine roll-out for children.

The group, whose names are suppressed, asked a High Court judge to decide the interim order last week citing that their children were being disadvantaged by it.

A lawyer for the group, Clinton Light​,​ said children who don’t have the vaccine could be excluded from normal childhood activities and could be bullied.

On Wednesday Justice Rebecca Ellis​ declined to make the order.

 

In 2017 Victims' Advocate Louise Nicholas said Justice Ellis "lives on planet dumb arse" and her ruling today confirms it. In a controversial decision in 2017, Justice Ellis had ruled against convicting a man who admitted to possessing child pornography.

A full hearing of the group’s judicial review of the decision Medsafe made to allow the vaccine to be available to children aged 5-11 is still to be heard.

Justice Ellis said while there is no mandate to have children vaccinated, the parents believed it was likely to be required for involvement in extramural activities like sport and school camps - rendering the vaccine “quasi-mandatory”.

They had argued that the vaccine carried few health benefits for healthy children and there are risks of myocarditis and anaphylaxis, and safety data about the Pfizer vaccine was inadequate.

The judge noted that children could not be denied entry or access to education, including out of school care activities.

Oh, good for you, Ms Ellis (we don't know if the Justice is married with children but on the evidence we'd rule against that). You know that on paper kids can't be 'denied entry to education including out of school activities'. On paper. In reality, your kid is bawling his/her eyes out, or hurling obscenities at you, because they can't go to their school camp because they're not vaxxed. In reality, on planet smart arse, they are denied entry to that school camp. 

“I am unable to accept that the applicants’ concerns, that their unvaccinated children will be shunned or bullied by other children (or adults), give rise to a protectable position to preserve.” she said.

Diddums. You sound like a spoiled brat. On planet smart arse, in the real world, if you had to live with the reality, you would have to accept it. You'd have to live with it, and choose  between an experimental gene serum with proven adverse effects including death, for your child, or making life miserable for her/him, and for yourself and everyone else in the family. 

“The implicit suggestion that this possibility should have been in the minds of the officials charged with making important public health decisions is simply a bridge way too far.”

Justice Ellis is judging officials as herself - as lacking in common sense and familiarity with children and childhood. It's one of the lamentable consequences of feminism, of careerism for women, a world in which "officials charged with making important public health decisions" have lost touch with the supreme importance of family life to society and can't recognise emotional health as being an integral component of physical health.

Ellis is also a Covid believer. She has a touching trust in our public health system. Dream on, Ms Ellis. Ardern,Robertson&Co, Death Dealers to the Nation, have made vaccination compulsory in every way except on paper, by relying on bribery, coercion, propaganda and brainwashing to get everybody else except critical thinkers to do their dirty work for them.

The judge said while the parents’ concerns were sincerely held, they were speculative and not factual.

How patronising. And how utterly unfactual. 

The judge said a number of the impediments referred to by the applicants were the result of their own (rather than their children’s) unvaccinated status.

What are those impediments, please, 'Stuff'? You neglect to report them. That would be because they would not be pleasing to Stabcinda Ardern who de facto contributes so very generously to your upkeep. 

She said the adverse repercussions – public and private – of halting the roll-out were very significant and counted strongly against interim relief.

That's what we'd call a sweeping statement, and decidedly injudicious, Justice Ellis.

Well, hindsight is a wonderful thing, as we all know, but obviously Ellis wasn't one of the many, many Kiwis with common sense and/or spiritual insight who've known this for months: 

Covid-19 Numbers Wildly Exaggerated: Data show COVID-19 deaths have been wildly exaggerated by counting people who died from other conditions but had a positive COVID test within 28 days of their death.

U.K. data released in response to a Freedom of Information Act request show that the number of deaths between January 2020 and the end of September 2021 in England and Wales, where COVID-19 was the sole cause of death, was just 17,371 — not 137,133 as reported.
