NZ MEDIA PROPAGANDA FUNDED BY USAID

How on earth did New Zealand get lumbered with Luxon? (It won't be for long but that's cold comfort, especially if he's rolled by the lunatic liberal Willis.) As long suspected, we owe Luxon partly to management and massage of our legacy media by Marxist globalists: Trump and Musk's DOGE has uncovered the CIA front USAID as the left's global cash cow, milked for $470 million to corrupt almost every facet of governance and media, and engineer regime change.

If you intuitively recoiled from the propaganda passed off as 'news' by Stuff, NZME, Business Desk, Newshub and OneNews, how do you react to the actual news - that they've all been feeding at a WEF trough? The implications of the secretive US Government-funded NGO "Internews" (IN) ops are enormous. This explains why NZ media never question 'climate change'. Or the Pfizer 'vaccine'. Why they love Te Pati Maori racism, trans freaks and rainbows. Ukraine's Kelenskyy and his wicked war. And HATE Trump.

Given our inert but socialist Catholic Bishops, New Zealand was and is a sitting duck for the machinations of the media. But fancy falling for the likes of Luxon. Surely he's more than even we deserve.

self-explanatory

a new revelation from WikiLeaks has exposed a deep financial and ideological link between the world’s legacy mainstream media and Internews, a US-funded organisation with a track record of influencing media narratives and promoting propaganda worldwide.

With funding from USAID amounting to nearly half a billion dollars, Internews has embedded itself within media outlets in over 30 countries, including allegedly New Zealand, raising serious questions about journalistic independence in the country.

Internews, a non-profit founded in 1982, claims to promote “trustworthy information” and support “media sustainability”. However, its mission is backed by staggering financial support from the US government. By 2023, the organisation had partnered with nearly 4,300 media outlets, trained thousands of journalists, and played a key role in social media censorship initiatives.

Among the most notable funding sources is USAID, which has funnelled $472.6 million into Internews. Other key donors include AOL-Time Warner Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the US State Department, which has funded initiatives ranging from high-quality responsible journalism in Liberia to media enabling democracy in Moldova.

'Chippy' Hipkins - one side of NZ's globalist rainbow coin

Despite its vast global footprint, Internews recently attempted to erase digital traces of its top executives, including CEO Jeanne Bourgault, by removing their biographies from the organisation’s website. However, WikiLeaks preserved archived copies, intensifying speculation about the group’s motives and transparency.

The infiltration of Internews into New Zealand’s legacy media landscape has now been directly linked to the Back to News initiative launched in 2023 in partnership with GroupM New Zealand. GroupM, the “world’s leading media investment company”, collaborated with Internews to establish an advertising and funding pipeline for selected “vetted” media outlets.

A 2023 press release outlined the programme’s goals: GroupM New Zealand is introducing ‘Back to News’, an industry-first programme aimed at enabling brands to support quality journalism by reallocating media budgets to credible news publishers. The programme provides New Zealand advertisers with access to “high-quality, brand-safe ad environments” on vetted local, national, and international news sites.

Nicola Willis - flip side, same coin

The vetted media outlets included some of New Zealand’s largest legacy mainstream platforms: Stuff, NZME, Business Desk, Newshub, and 1News.

While presented as a boost to “journalistic integrity”, critics argue that the initiative instead entrenches media bias and globalist-aligned narratives. Many New Zealanders now question whether these legacy media outlets serve the interests of their audiences or those of their foreign benefactors.

The revelations of evidence for US-funded media control in New Zealand have sparked widespread outrage online, with many voicing their frustration over perceived journalistic corruption.

Productivity, not immigration, is the cure for NZ's economy

Responses to the story have been scathing:

“Bingo, this smells bad. It’s conceivable that most MSM journalists are either corrupt or under the thumb of corrupt management. Otherwise, how to explain their obdurate refusal to report on the biggest story of their miserable careers? Losers.”

“Oh no! With USAID funding and parroted soundbites coming to an end, does this mean that NZ media now have to do their own reporting?”

Ron Paul is a US physician turned Republican politician

“I wonder if there are any NZ journalists that can report with originality and integrity. I’m not going to hold my breath!”

“Total control of what the public gets to hear!”

“Single Source of Truth. They told you. The Uniparty runs NZ for global elites. You have a handful of citizen politicians. All others are vetted out or disgraced if needed before the election.”

“NZ corporate news has felt like NATO news for a while now.”

“We knew the game was rigged. Will the sheep acknowledge? Will the herd remove their blinkers? Personally doubtful.”

The controversy has also raised concerns about media integrity beyond New Zealand, with Australians questioning whether their media has followed a similar trajectory.

“Just f***ing WOW! I’m sure the Australian media has been going down the same slimy road! It would be very interesting how far this rabbit hole goes, thanks for the update and keep it coming!”

“Great work, thank you. They’ll be the approved journalists always asking Jacinda the right questions.”

With the exposure of these funding ties, New Zealanders are left wondering whether legacy mainstream media operate independently if it receives significant funding from globalist foreign sources with vested interests.https://dailytelegraph.co.nz/news/paid-propaganda-nz-legacy-medias-links-to-internews-and-us-funding-under-scrutiny/

Did NZ vote for this, Mr Luxon?

In addition to propping up far-left corporate media outlets like Politico and the BBC with taxpayer funds, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has funneled half a billion dollars to a secretive non-governmental organization operating a global news propaganda matrix.

WikiLeaks published the bombshell report in the overnight hours that shows the massive taxpayer-funded state propaganda network - operating as a shady NGO - called "Internews Network":

USAID has pushed nearly half a billion dollars ($472.6m) through a secretive US government financed NGO, "Internews Network" (IN), which has "worked with" 4,291 media outlets, producing in one year 4,799 hours of broadcasts reaching up to 778 million people and "training" over 9000 journalists (2023 figures). IN has also supported social media censorship initiatives.

The operation claims "offices" in over 30 countries, including main offices in US, London, Paris and regional HQs in Kiev, Bangkok and Nairobi. It is headed by Jeanne Bourgault, who pays herself $451k a year. Bourgault worked out of the US embassy in Moscow during the early 1990s, where she was in charge of a $250m budget, and in other revolts or conflicts at critical times, before formally rotating out of six years at USAID to IN.

Bourgault's IN bio and those of its other key people and board members have been recently scrubbed from its website but remain accessible at http://archive.org. Records show the board being co-chaired by Democrat securocrat Richard J. Kessler and Simone Otus Coxe, wife of NVIDIA billionaire Trench Coxe, both major Democratic donors. In 2023, supported by Hillary Clinton, Bourgault launched a $10m IN fund at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). The IN page showing a picture of Bourgault at the CGI has also been deleted.

IN has at least six captive subsidiaries under unrelated names including one based out of the Cayman Islands. Since 2008, when electronic records begin, more than 95% of IN's budget has been supplied by the US government (thread follows).

IN's funding has doubled since Trump's first-term victory, as the Deep State poured billions into combating so-called misinformation and disinformation targeting conservative media worldwide—all under the guise of "saving democracy."

Speaking at the globalist Davos event last year, IN's CEO argued that global advertisers should prioritize spending ad dollars on "good news." In other words, this would pressure companies to spend exclusively on far-left corporate media outlets while ensuring they slash ad spending on alternative media websites that do not promote state propaganda.

"Internews is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to empower local media worldwide to give people the news and information they need, the ability to connect, and the means to make their voices heard," the NGO stated in an IRS 990 filing as its purpose of businesses.

Public records data shows IN has many business purposes worldwide, all in an effort to control a media matrix and ensure only state propaganda is told on the local level.

    1. Tom Ward absolutely right Tom. The amount of money they have compared to other parties is insane. Labour and National being the two biggest parties that draw the most votes, they get allocated the most campaign funds for broadcasting on tv, radio and online by the electoral commission based on the previous election results so it’s the same every election.
For example labour received $1.29million, National received $1.08million, ACT $368k, Greens $368k, NZ First $173k.
How smaller parties are supposed to do anything with the difference being over a million dollars between say labour and NZ First is insane. It traps NZ in the two party system.
Labour and the Nats also get big donors who want certain things done usually and a return on their investment into the party should that party win etc. With this money coming in as overwhelming back up, the smaller parties including new parties never stand a chance and NZ remains corrupted by overseas influence and radical global ideology and as a result of all of that, the country keeps declining as it doesn’t put itself first.
This doesn’t really seem like democracy to me. Just an illusion of it.

  31. Quite simple really decades ago the Tories got the same memo as the the Labour Party and sold their principles to foreign handlers, the very same oligarchs that are presently crapping their pants because every day now their corrupt sought nest eggs are disappearing fast and Trump wants the American peoples stolen money back. The National party is finished in this nation, they have no backbone at all, look at their last handful of selections as leaders… for Gods sake you couldn’t pick a worse bunch of useless plonkers. They haven’t got that problem them selves though, what has been going on the communist Labour partly since David Lange left……and has turned very infectious, with no known vaccine for stupidness, it didn’t take long for that infection to cross the aisle which is the reason we have a parliament resembling a nursing home combined with weekly visitors from the Flying tattoo Circus. What must our trading partners think of us?

It’s folly thinking they are doing or planning anything to our benefit…. why are the costs of maintaining a useless government forever increasing with a steady decline in services, just look around you and see on what things our monies are getting wasting on at a central and indeed at a regional level. Pick ANY government agency whether central or regional and look at the staffing levels and indeed the competency levels of the same, it’s way past outrageous and what are we doing about it. That’s right a big fat zero, nada, In fact we keep voting them in without any accountability, that’s a special kind of dumb n stupid right there.
