GRANNY BASHER WALKS FREE, UNNAMED

To comment please open your gmail account or use my email address, FB Messenger or X (Twitter).

The law forbids us to name him but we know he looks like this

Tonight New Zealand is angry. Hopping mad at the discharge without conviction, and with permanent name suppression, of the young man who violently assaulted a 71 year-old grandmother at the Posie Parker rally in Albert Park Auckland, last year.

He did it in full view of the cameras and the hundreds present - and the police, who allowed the assault to happen. The police had no objection to his permanent name suppression and are already investigating social media for publishing his name. But the cat is well and truly out of the bag already. The primary victim of the horrible scenes of transgender violence - incited by NZ Person of the Year Shaneel Lal - was Posie Parker (real name Keen Minshull) who is well beyond the not-so-long arm of NZ law, and so this sad individual's name is now cursed around the globe.

At the risk of inflaming raw passions and accusations of wokedom, what's the betting that the One Who Must Not Be Named had no father in his life? And no knowledge of his Father in heaven? The whole malevolent scenario at Albert Park of men who think they're women and the real women they seem to hate was demonic, and so is the outcome of justice completely undone. And for that New Zealand's Catholic Bishops - and lukewarm priests and lay Catholics too - will one day be judged by the just Judge.

And there's no name suppression for Judge Kevin Glubb.

Kevin Glubb: fair do's - we publish the (mis)judged so we publish the judge too

The prosecution and defence were perturbed at the content of Judith Hobson's Victim Impact Statement in the case of the Grannybasher at the Posie Parker event.
Here is victim Judith Hobson's statement. She was prohibited from saying the strikethrough redactions in court.

Free Speech Union (New Zealand) Incorporated

Dear Julia,

Moments ago, Kellie-Jay Keen Minshull, the ultimate victim of the hysteria and abuse at Albert Park, Tweeted the name of the man who punched Judith, the 71-year old woman.

Keen Minshull (@thePosieParker) is beyond the jurisdiction of the name suppression. We are not.

But this means, inevitably, there will be accountability for this man's actions, as there should be.

Jonathan

The Auckland District Court has just heard the case of the young man from Gisborne who was filmed bashing a seventy-something year old grandma in the face at the Posie Parker event at Albert Park last year.

Incredibly, this man has been discharged, without conviction (although he had no defence), and on top of that has received name suppression.

That means this woman not only has to accept that she was violently assaulted and her assailant gets off scot-free (we're told he has ADHD, so, you know, what can the Courts do?), but she also can't name him in the media or elsewhere, publicly.

Little does more to promote the use of violence than impunity. Violence in response to speech, even speech of the most offensive kind, must not be tolerated.

Victims deserve the protection of the police! At the very least, they should be able to share their story. Name suppression gags victims and is salt in a very raw wound.

Tens of thousands of Kiwis signed the Free Speech Union’s public letter to the police following last year’s incident, claiming the police failed in their role. This latest insult adds to injury (literally).

The Free Speech Union is taking legal advice and looking to appeal the decision to suppress Kiwis' right to speak about this crime.

Not only should the defendant be punished, the victim should be able to speak. They should have been able to freely attend and listen at Albert Park in the first place.

Julia, we're going to need to turn this appeal around quickly.

Would you help us by contributing to these costs? Someone needs to stand up against this injustice.

This decision is an outrage and promotes the very worst kind of actions. We can do something about it - I hope you'll join us.

Thanks for your support in standing up to this nonsense.

Jonathan

PS Physical assault mustn't be coupled with silencing the victim. Kiwis' speech rights deserve protection. Stand with us now.

Judith Hobson, who hid from view until her bruises faded, for fear of being recognised

A few Tweets:

The New Zealand 🇳🇿 Judiciary is now on notice The citizenry are fed up with weak woke sentencing We hold will judges to account as they are servants of the people.

https://twitter.com/i/status/1764494024545816991- Judith Hobson was offered $1000 compo. Police did not object to permanent name suppression. "Keep fighting ladies. This is only the beginning."

This is a dangerous precedent. Violence against biological females at any level should have zero tolerance. Seems the flood gates are now open and punching old ladies is fair game?

Same judge that let off a 25 year old for whacking off in a public swimming pool changing room while watching a child getting changed. Because he had jet lag.

If, like me, you are outraged by the discharge without conviction for the man who punched a 71 year old woman at a women's rights rally then I suggest you email the justice minister and let him know how you feel:

paul.goldsmith@parliament.govt.nz

So bashing the elderly is ok in NZ ? It is now time for citizenry to remind NZ judges who they serve & who pays their highfalutin salaries. Recent weak woke judgements are no longer acceptable. Let's not forget the judge who placed the Auckland shooter on bail who killed two & injured seven.

Would discharge without conviction appear on police checks? So a school might do a check and not realise the applicant is a violent thug with mental health problems.
Judiciary is broken.
The name suppression in this case is quite ridiculous, given he carried out the assault at a public event at which he was protesting. Don't interact with any posts identifying the Albert Park Granny Basher. There will be trans activists busily reporting anything like that.
The last thing you want is a visit from the cops over that piece of s..t .

Posie Parker, assaulted with tomato juice (which for trans has menstrual meaning)

Is it possible to write or communicate with granny basher Judge Kevin Glubb?

He needs to know the anger in normal land.

The best thing that could happen to that creep is someone else suffering from ADHD will go and punch his head in. That seems to be how "justice" works now.

Here's hoping.

Never could we subscribe to such anti-Christian sentiments. But we empathise.

Shaneeeel. This is the person who incites violence. His hate has spread like a virus through New Zealand. He needs to be held accountable. He is an absolute disgrace.

  2. I can only pray: Father God, this man has not been dealt with correctly by earthly courts but I ask that you , in your love for him & especially for the assaulted lady, will bring pure, incorruptible, all knowing justice to this situation. God your heart is for the wronged, the wounded, the abused, so please bring healing to the lady. Give her the Grace to forgive. May her testimony be that you have brought greater blessing to her life.
But Lord, I ask that you confront this man with the reality of who he is, what he has done so he can repent & set his life straight. You love him & he needs to know that so he can choose your path not satans.

I actually wonder about why his name has been suppressed. Who in power has connections to him? It stinks. I don't live in New Zealand and so the name suppression doesn't apply to me and I searched high and low to find his name. But - it's just gone from everywhere. Very suss.

Probably been topped up with wacky backy and got nothing better to do, what an absolute disgrace that he has been basically been given the wet bus ticket treatment.

  5. I'll share his face...I don't care. Piece of shit. And while I'm at it, tv1 and newshub should be held accountable too.

    1. Their response to this judgment will be a litmus test for Luxon et al.

    2. the government cannot interfere with the judiciary. So the government cant act on this. Only the police can appeal and that wont be happening

    3. But note that when the new government took over last year, Mitchell had a quiet chat with Costa. The cops don't operate in a vacuum!

    4. No but the MSM will (or should) ask Luxon and/or the Justice Minister for their response - which one way or another will be telling.

      Delete
    3. Indeed I am. Everyone is fair game for the devil but the intellectually challenged who have no good Christian to monitor and advise them are more so than the average. In Western society now, with wolves rather than shepherds guiding the Church, Christians often fail to realise their responsibility to protect these brothers and sisters in Christ from the evil one.

  8. It appears that some in the Judiciary, and Police for that matter, need to be reminded about the demands of maintaining LAW & Order , (otherwise - ed) other disorder will result

  10. So if that woman was the Mother of the judge who made that decision would he have made the same decision? The Justice System in NZ always protects the Criminal & NOT the Victim. So with that heartless decision made means that in NZ it's ok to bash another person and not be held accountable.Shameful & Disgusting

  18. This is why as a kiwi in New Zealand I think thear is a place for gangs if the biggest gang ie our police won't do justice
Then mob justice can set this young man straight and show him the erea of his ways
Give him 3 good smacks in the

  20. Sounds like you have a very common misconception of that Scripture verse. As originally given, it was a check on the “wild justice” of revenge. It said, where the equilibrium of right had been disturbed by outrage, that the work of the judge was not to do more than restore the equilibrium, unless, as in the case of theft, some further penalty was necessary for the prevention of crime. It was, in its essence, a limit in both directions. Not less than the “eye for an eye,” for that might lead to connivance in guilt; not more, for that would open a fresh score of wrong. The scribes in their popular casuistry made the rule one not of judicial action only, but of private retaliation; and it was thus made the sanction of the vindictive temper that forgives nothing.https://biblehub.com/commentaries/matthew/5-38.htm
