Demonic possession. What other rational explanation is there for the behaviour of Jacinda Ardern and her Covid Reign of Terror? For behaviours and ideologies like transgenderism, LGBTQ+, Te Pati Maori, a Fourth Estate of Fifth Columnists, the 'Team of 5 Million' clot-shotted? Demonic potency is dramatically increased by society's heightened malevolence and conversely, by lessened personal holiness in the Church -  who but an atheist could doubt it? Examples abound. 

Jacinda Ardern. Bill Gates. Klaus Schwab. Joe Biden, the 'devout Catholic' who hopes millions of murdered unborn babies will keep him in the White House. Other standout, so-called Catholics possibly possessed: Macron, Trudeau - and above all the man the world calls pope: Jorge Mario Bergoglio. 

Acclaimed exorcist and theologian Fr Chad Ripperger asserts that just one mortal (serious) sin opens the door to demons. So in New Zealand you think of Judge Kevin Glubb who let a thug walk free anonymously after assaulting a grandmother. Up until 1963 the incidence of demonic influence in the general population remained constant, at 0.5%. It took 1-2 days to liberate demons, maybe a week. After 1963 it took 8 months to 2 years. Now on average it means 4 years' work.

Every mortal sin is an open door to possession and the level of personal holiness in the Church directly affects the power of the priest's prayers during exorcism sessions. The principle ex opere operantis ecclesiae explains the value of liturgical prayer and action whose supernatural efficacy depends on the Church's sanctity and not, as in the sacraments, simply on the fact that the sacramental rite is performed.

Demons operate hierarchically - like an army or like the Catholic Church herself whose members on earth are the "Church Militant" - to make them more efficient in oppressing individuals, families and the Church. 

The state of chaos we endure today increases the natural struggle, due to original sin, of gaining in grace and virtue. 

God permits demonic influence in our lives to call us to the higher level of holiness demanded by our times; for the sanctification gained by practising virtue and prayer in resisting the devil and his minions. This is considered merit in God's eyes and elevates our position in heaven. 

And when the prince of pastors shall appear, you shall receive a never fading crown of glory (1 Pet 5,4).

The terrible tragedy is that Novus Ordo priests have been heard to tell their congregations that "You can't merit heaven"! It seems they believe that their offering of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with their priests (or praying the Rosary, or attending Benediction or any devotions) has no merit in the eyes of God. Which points to demonic possession of priests; which explains a good deal about the level of personal holiness in their congregants.  

Our possessions in heaven amount to only two: the state of grace in our souls and our virtue.

Adam and Eve placed themselves under Satan and all humanity in a state of war.

Father Ripperger is very clear: "I am not liberating anyone. It's Christ Who sets everyone free."

How do we avoid demonic possession? 

• By leading an authentic catholic life
• Avoiding sin and temptation (steering clear of influences which may lead to a fall)
• Regular reception of the sacraments
• Maintaining a consistent prayer life
• Flooding the mind with holy images
• Imitating the holiness of Our Lady.
  
  In one particular exorcism Beelzebub revealed why the Mother of God is distinctively holy - she sacrificed her whole life without ever considering the personal cost. Her continuous selfless acts make her extraordinary. So you really have to ask yourself what (or who) it is that inspires the Protestant hatred of Mary. Satan fears Mary; he needs all the support he can get in his battle against the Mother of God (which of course she will ultimately win). So he presses the Proddys into his service.
  
  
  Satanists and witches who operate openly, who are involved in the occult, are typically low-level demons. The higher levels remain concealed. never revealing their identity. They could be sitting next to you in a pew, serving as a police officer, a judge (Kevin Glubb?) or the local baker, despite appearing normal and kind.

Satanists' secrecy heightens their efficacy. Satanism resembles the Mafia with its strict code of entry entry and exit. Once involved, escape is almost impossible. Their cult's private nature stems from the commission of capital crimes that would be intolerable if revealed. They must keep this hidden if they are to operate. 

And so we must live with an abundance of hidden sin over and above the sin which is publicly flaunted and boasted of.  

 

 

 Where sin abounded, grace did more abound (Rom 5,20).

We are living in an unprecedented time of opportunity for those who are faithful to God to attain holiness. We must seize the grace offered right now by God: many saints wanted to live in such a time as this with its heightened offers of a higher place in heaven; the key is unwavering faithfulness to grace.

The spiritual battles fought and won in this life contribute to our eternal glory in heaven; overcoming demons in one's own life earns a crown of glory. Every family contends with these challenges and their  triumph over them earns recognition in heaven. 

"Fight", says Fr Ripperger, "and it will be to your glory. Our era offers a unique chance to secure a place in heaven which was unattainable in previous ages. Don't miss your opportunity."
