The law forbids us to name him but we know he looks like this |
Dear Julia, Moments ago, Kellie-Jay Keen Minshull, the ultimate victim of the hysteria and abuse at Albert Park, Tweeted the name of the man who punched Judith, the 71-year old woman. Keen Minshull (@thePosieParker) is beyond the
jurisdiction of the name suppression. We are not. But this means, inevitably, there will be
accountability for this man's actions, as there should be. Jonathan The Auckland District Court has just heard the case of the
young man from Gisborne who was filmed bashing a seventy-something year old
grandma in the face at the Posie Parker event at Albert Park last year. Incredibly, this man has been discharged, without conviction
(although he had no defence), and on top of that has received name
suppression. That means this woman not only has to accept that she was
violently assaulted and her assailant gets off scot-free (we're told he has
ADHD, so, you know, what can the Courts do?), but she also can't name him in the media or elsewhere, publicly. Little does more to promote the use of violence than impunity.
Violence in response to speech, even speech of the most offensive kind, must
not be tolerated. Victims deserve the protection of the police! At the very
least, they should be able to share their story. Name suppression
gags victims and is salt in a very raw wound. Tens of thousands of Kiwis signed the Free Speech Union’s
public letter to the police following last year’s incident, claiming the
police failed in their role. This latest insult adds to injury
(literally). The Free Speech Union is taking legal advice and looking to
appeal the decision to suppress Kiwis' right to speak about this crime. Not only should the defendant be punished, the victim should be able to speak. They should have been able to freely attend and listen at Albert Park in the first place. Julia, we're going to need to turn this
appeal around quickly. Would you help us by contributing
to these costs? Someone needs to stand up against this injustice.
Thanks for your support in standing up to this nonsense.
PS Physical assault mustn't be coupled with silencing the
victim. Kiwis' speech rights deserve protection. Stand with us now. |
Judith Hobson, who hid from view until her bruises faded, for fear of being recognised
A few Tweets:
The New Zealand Judiciary is now on notice The citizenry are fed up with weak woke sentencing We hold will judges to account as they are servants of the people.
https://twitter.com/i/status/1764494024545816991- Judith Hobson was offered $1000 compo. Police did not object to permanent name suppression. "Keep fighting ladies. This is only the beginning."
This is a dangerous precedent. Violence against biological females at any level should have zero tolerance. Seems the flood gates are now open and punching old ladies is fair game?
Same judge that let off a 25 year old for whacking off in a public swimming pool changing room while watching a child getting changed. Because he had jet lag.
If, like me, you are outraged by the discharge without conviction for the man who punched a 71 year old woman at a women's rights rally then I suggest you email the justice minister and let him know how you feel:
paul.goldsmith@parliament.govt.nz
So bashing the elderly is ok in NZ ? It is now time for citizenry to remind NZ judges who they serve & who pays their highfalutin salaries. Recent weak woke judgements are no longer acceptable. Let's not forget the judge who placed the Auckland shooter on bail who killed two & injured seven.
Would discharge without conviction appear on police checks? So a school might do a check and not realise the applicant is a violent thug with mental health problems.Judiciary is broken. The name suppression in this case is quite ridiculous, given he carried out the assault at a public event at which he was protesting. Don't interact with any posts identifying the Albert Park Granny Basher. There will be trans activists busily reporting anything like that. The last thing you want is a visit from the cops over that piece of s..t .
Posie Parker, assaulted with tomato juice (which for trans has menstrual meaning) |
Is it possible to write or communicate with granny basher Judge Kevin Glubb?
He needs to know the anger in normal land.
The best thing that could happen to that creep is someone else suffering from ADHD will go and punch his head in. That seems to be how "justice" works now.
Here's hoping.
Never could we subscribe to such anti-Christian sentiments. But we empathise.
Shaneeeel. This is the person who incites violence. His hate has spread like a virus through New Zealand. He needs to be held accountable. He is an absolute disgrace.

share this far and wide even make flyers to post of him and his cowardly act
ReplyDeleteI can only pray: Father God, this man has not been dealt with correctly by earthly courts but I ask that you , in your love for him & especially for the assaulted lady, will bring pure, incorruptible, all knowing justice to this situation. God your heart is for the wronged, the wounded, the abused, so please bring healing to the lady. Give her the Grace to forgive. May her testimony be that you have brought greater blessing to her life.
ReplyDeleteBut Lord, I ask that you confront this man with the reality of who he is, what he has done so he can repent & set his life straight. You love him & he needs to know that so he can choose your path not satans.
I actually wonder about why his name has been suppressed. Who in power has connections to him? It stinks. I don't live in New Zealand and so the name suppression doesn't apply to me and I searched high and low to find his name. But - it's just gone from everywhere. Very suss.
ReplyDeleteProbably been topped up with wacky backy and got nothing better to do, what an absolute disgrace that he has been basically been given the wet bus ticket treatment.
ReplyDeleteI'll share his face...I don't care. Piece of shit. And while I'm at it, tv1 and newshub should be held accountable too.
ReplyDeleteHopefully justice will be served on him very soon.
ReplyDeleteTheir response to this judgment will be a litmus test for Luxon et al.
Deletethe government cannot interfere with the judiciary. So the government cant act on this. Only the police can appeal and that wont be happening
DeleteBut note that when the new government took over last year, Mitchell had a quiet chat with Costa. The cops don't operate in a vacuum!
DeleteNo but the MSM will (or should) ask Luxon and/or the Justice Minister for their response - which one way or another will be telling.
DeleteNo but the MSM will (or should) ask Luxon and/or the Justice Minister for their response - which one way or another will be telling.
Deleteagain they have to be very diplomatic
Deletehe (Mitchell) told Coster what he expected but he cannot interfere in anyway
DeleteLooks sort of mentally bereft
ReplyDeleteYes - an easy prey for Satan.
DeleteAre you suggesting someone who is intellectually challenged is fair game for the devil
DeleteIndeed I am. Everyone is fair game for the devil but the intellectually challenged who have no good Christian to monitor and advise them are more so than the average. In Western society now, with wolves rather than shepherds guiding the Church, Christians often fail to realise their responsibility to protect these brothers and sisters in Christ from the evil one.
DeleteWow ,you are evil
DeleteIt appears that some in the Judiciary, and Police for that matter, need to be reminded about the demands of maintaining LAW & Order , (otherwise - ed) other disorder will result
ReplyDeleteAnd the justice system let's this thug go free.
ReplyDeleteSo if that woman was the Mother of the judge who made that decision would he have made the same decision? The Justice System in NZ always protects the Criminal & NOT the Victim. So with that heartless decision made means that in NZ it's ok to bash another person and not be held accountable.Shameful & Disgusting
ReplyDeleteMaybe he was a government stooge then if they have covered this up
ReplyDeleteagree 100%
ReplyDeleteI am sure he was at the Wellington protest stirring
On behalf of horse face.
that's the only thing that makes yes (sense? - ed)! Love to know how much he got paid....
ReplyDeletewithout a doubt, the pigs stood back & watched
ReplyDeleteThat seems to be the case but I wouldn't call the police pigs, myself. We must do what we can to maintain respect for lawful authority, hard though the police on Coster's watch may make it.
DeleteDisgraceful excuse for a human KARMA WILL DEAL WITH HIM KEEP PUTTING HIS FACE UP EVERYWHERE
ReplyDeleteNot karma, but God's justice will ultimately prevail.
DeleteHe was paid to be there and disrupt. Like ANTIFA. Thats why he got off the charges, he's protected.
ReplyDeleteIt's a fact that Judge Kevin Glubb was formerly in the police.
Deletecorrupt to the core
DeleteAnd Judge Glubb has form. He discharged without conviction and with permanent name suppression a man who masturbated in front of children at a swimming pool. I wonder if this judge has a number of dresses in his closet.
DeleteAnother dropout from that great unwashed rabble. He should be in jail.
ReplyDeleteThis is why as a kiwi in New Zealand I think thear is a place for gangs if the biggest gang ie our police won't do justice
ReplyDeleteThen mob justice can set this young man straight and show him the erea of his ways
Give him 3 good smacks in the
Head and see how he likes it
Shame on him for his cowardly act name and Shame him

Chris Belle "Revenge is mine, and I will repay them in due time, that their foot may slide: the day of destruction is at hand, and the time makes haste to come" (Deut 32, 35).
Typical of the Justice system now...appalling.
ReplyDeleteSteal a loaf of bread and go to prison...bash someone and get off Scott free!
Sounds like you have a very common misconception of that Scripture verse. As originally given, it was a check on the “wild justice” of revenge. It said, where the equilibrium of right had been disturbed by outrage, that the work of the judge was not to do more than restore the equilibrium, unless, as in the case of theft, some further penalty was necessary for the prevention of crime. It was, in its essence, a limit in both directions. Not less than the “eye for an eye,” for that might lead to connivance in guilt; not more, for that would open a fresh score of wrong. The scribes in their popular casuistry made the rule one not of judicial action only, but of private retaliation; and it was thus made the sanction of the vindictive temper that forgives nothing.https://biblehub.com/commentaries/matthew/5-38.htm
ReplyDeleteSickening stuff especially the cops this crap you see in the US not New Zealand
ReplyDeleteAt base this is another illustration of Russia spreading her errors throughout the world, as Our Lady prophesied at Fatima. Socialism got to the US sooner than NZ but now we have it and every single nation will eventually be communist.
Deleteit looks possible but there are a lot of people who won't stand for that
DeleteJust look at the huge farmers demos in all those countries
Tragically, we know how communist regimes suppress protest. Farmers the world over and especially in NZ need our prayer to Almighty God on their behalf.
DeleteReally dangerous times sadly… setting the stage so people have the right to attack anyone speaking against government role outs or any conspiracy theorists putting other lives in danger‼️? 😂… as if they give a shit about your life …. sad, but best we know what we’re dealing with 👺
ReplyDeleteMight have to make this sharable then we ..
ReplyDeleteThese judges need to be fired, disgraceful conduct on both sides, gutless tosser he is
ReplyDeleteProbably shouldn't have whacked someone with a backpack, both in the wrong
ReplyDeletedon't know where you get your info.
ReplyDeletePutin actually speaks out against all the woke rubbish this little boy supports.
Unlike all Western prime ministers and presidents.
BTW, I don't think Putin is a good guy - but at least he calls out wokeness
I get this info from the Mother of God. Putin claims to be Christian and in spite of his sinfulness he's more so than Western PMs and ministers.
DeleteI wonder what his working occupation is ?
ReplyDeleteHe claims to be an "Animator and Graduate of Auckland University of Technology", a "skilled Artist" etc etc, on Linked in.
DeleteYet a man who punched Kelvin Davis got a prison sentence
ReplyDeletemy mistake it was James Shaw
