NUNS' ABUSER RUPNIK RUMOURED ACQUITTED

A trial in the Vatican, secretly conducted, of the priest pervert Marko Rupnik who's accused of serially, blasphemously abusing 30 nuns, is reliably rumoured to have ended. Without a conviction.

It sticks in the craw somewhat, but the highly regarded  @messainlatino cites “persistent & highly credible sources” saying “the criminal trial currently underway in the Vatican against Fr Marko Ivan Rupnik has reportedly concluded with a favorable outcome for him”.

The portals Messa in Latino and AdVaticanum reported that the former Slovenian Jesuit, Marko Ivan Rupnik, had been acquitted of the accusations of violence. Oh well, that's all right then. No, wait: the spiritual violence done to these nuns is surely more grievous than any physical force. And the violence allegedly involving sacred vessels in ways too grotesque and evil to describe - enough to make the gorge rise - was both spiritual and physical.

Oh, but hold on: subsequently, Vatican sources cited by Il Messaggero claim that the trial has not concluded and maintain that the case remains ongoing. It's the classical Vatican Twoist M O: obfuscation. secrecy and ambiguity.

Canon lawyers say there are reasons why Rupnik’s case might end without a conviction which might have little to do with his guilt or innocence. Tell that to the Marines - that's typical lawyer-speak. Would you not think the 150-page dossier detailing alleged abuse committed by Rupnik between 1985 and 2018, compiled by the Jesuits (who expelled him from the order) would provide these lawyers with an open-and-shut case?

It's also said that the court has not ruled on all allegations of sexual abuse themselves, and a further case is being prepared against Rupnik.” Marko Rupnik has been acquitted of violence but not of rape, sexual, psychological or spiritual abuse. (Why are we waiting?)

The Holy See has not confirmed or denied any of this. Cardinal Tucho Fernandez of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith is keeping his 'Heal-Me-With-Your-Mouth' firmly closed. Meanwhile, Rupnik's alleged victims are “deeply disheartened and distressed” at the snail's pace and and secrecy of his trial under Church law in the Vatican.

We need to realise the IMMENSE importance of Marko Rupnik to Leo, Tucho and the postconciliar Vatican. Rupnik is their poster boy: every Catholic IN THE WORLD has had his 'art' shoved in their face. In bishops' releases, in parish bulletins, in church foyers everywhere. Not to mention plastered across the facades of iconic Catholic shrines like Lourdes.

His ugly, depraved work expresses not only his own nature but that of the conciliar Ape of the Church. Rupnik's 'art' is visual propaganda for 'the Spirit of Vatican II'. “His sexual obsession," according to one of his alleged victims, "was not extemporaneous but deeply connected to his conception of art and his theological thought.” It pretends to be Byzantine art but is in fact a blasphemous parody. https://www.remnantnewspaper.com/who-is-marko-ivan-rupnik--why-did-the-bergoglians-shelter-him/

A Twitter furore flared up when the Italian language Vatica
n.va website and Twitter page continued to use Rupnik’s art in their public offerings. What the twitterati didn't notice was that
Natasha Govekar, a Rupnik disciple and key member of his organisation, is employed by the Dicastery for Communications as “Director of Theological-Pastoral Direction.”

Rupnik's works serve as inaesthetic, uncomfortable furniture for the post-conciliar church and landscape - ergo, their perpetrator must be protected. And inevitably,
given the Vatican's grisly history of clerical corruption, the spectre of blackmail has reared its ugly head.

Fr Rupnik was excommunicated for one of the most serious canonical delicts (canonical crimes) a priest can commit. For two weeks. Then Francis/Bergoglio unexcommunicated him. He was forgiven because, we are assured, “he repented.”

And on July 2, a decree went forth from Fernandez, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Faith, to declare the Society of St Pius X excommunicated. It's almost a shame that the SSPX will never repent, even fallaciously, of their refusal to accept Vatican II and its concomitant scandals such as Father Marko Rupnik. But even if it did, Leo/Prevost would never un-excommunicate the 'Lefebvrists'.

Because the Society of St Pius X proclaims the Faith of our fathers, which apostate Rome has abandoned in favour of a new world religion, a spiritual front for the globalists of Davos.

From Lifesitenews:

Father Marko Ivan Rupnik has apparently been acquitted in his Vatican canonical criminal trial of all charges of “violence” related to his alleged sexual abuse, per reports from two Italian news outlets.

While the ruling remains unconfirmed by the Vatican, MessainLatino and AdVaticanum reported on July 20 that a five-judge panel has acquitted disgraced former Jesuit cleric and favorite of Pope Francis of all allegations of “violence” in his alleged acts of sexual abuse. Though sources indicated to these outlets that the court has not ruled on all allegations of sexual abuse themselves, and a further case is being prepared against Rupnik.

As extensively reported at LifeSiteNews, Rupnik has been accused of sexually, spiritually, psychologically, and physically abusing nuns as well as male victims. The credibility of the well-documented allegations of Rupnik’s serial abuse is deemed to be “very high” by his former Jesuit superiors.

Despite Rupnik’s case being very high-profile, canonical trials before the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith (DDF) are kept under seal unless the Vatican decides otherwise. Thus, the Holy See may not disclose any details about the proceedings, which has led some to question the lack of transparency in such a high-profile case.

Alleged victims of the priest have attested that he raped women under his charge, that he told a former nun to get an abortion in case she became pregnant after raping her, and that Rupnik’s sexual abuse is deeply linked to his icons, which used his victims as models.

In 2023, Pope Francis delegated the case to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (now Dicastery). In October 2023, the DDF announced that it had appointed a panel of five judges to decide the canonical trial of Rupnik. The reported acquittal concerns charges of “violence” in his alleged acts of sexual abuse, as indicated by news outlets in July 2024.

The ex-Jesuit’s distinctive and disturbing “art,” which portrays Christ and the saints with large “black hole” eyes, had remained on display in the Vatican and several prominent churches. These include the Sanctuary of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina in Giovani Rotundo, Italy, which houses the relics of St. Padre Pio, the Saint John Paul II National Shrine in Washington, D.C., and the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in France. Some of these pieces have since been covered or removed.

In addition to their deeply disturbing nature, Catholic writers and art historians such as Hillary White have written extensively on how Rupnik’s “artwork” is in fact a demonic “parody” of medieval art and traditional Byzantine iconography. https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/alleged-abuser-priest-and-pope-francis-favorite-fr-rupnik-cleared-by-vatican
