Wait up! What this story doesn't say is that what 'Pope Francis' is doing here isn't just legitimising what NZ bishops have tacitly permitted for years. Bergoglio is saying that none of our bishops - had they a mind to (fat chance) - can any longer restrict these ministries to men.

So a faithful, orthodox bishop can't decide to promote vocations to the priesthood by the centuries-old tradition of keeping altar serving a male preserve. No. Bergoglio says he's got to have girls too.

Phyllis Zagano, a recognized expert on women deacons and a member of the pope's first commission, told NCR (National Catholic Register) that Francis' change to canon law represented "the first official recognition" that women could serve in a role near the altar during liturgical celebrations.

"Here we have the Holy Father putting into law that women can be inside the sanctuary, women can be near the sacred," said Zagano, who is senior research associate-in-residence at Hofstra University and also an NCR columnist. "That women are equally human."

What tosh. Phyllis may have all the academic and journo qualifications in the world but facts are no substitute for the truth which resides in the magisterium of the Church. 

Any faithful, orthodox bishop must also now allow women as lectors (readers) at Mass (except, presumably, the Latin Mass) - another violation of traditional practice in the Catholic Church. The good thing about it is, SSPX parishes will attract even more disillusioned Novus Ordo Missae-goers. Of course 'Pope Francis' has 'consistenty indicated he is opposed' to women priests. Softly softly catchee monkey: he knows nice Novus Ordo Catholics aren't going to buy women priests just like that, so like all Church modernists he employs the thin end of the wedge - to very good effect. 

So NZ's socialist hierarchy has conditioned us over many years to women in the sanctuary, by parading middle-aged and elderly women in jeans and teeny boppers in minis as "readers", and primary school girls as altar servers, and now we're all nicely softened up for female priests. 

But bringing them on would make overt the de facto schism that already exists in the Church. It won't happen on Bergoglio's watch. And really, could he be bothered? He has bigger fish to fry: the new one world religion with none other than himself to lead it.

Bergoglio's practising for his new role by pontificating, as is his wont, on anything and everything, including what happened at the Capitol in DC last week. 

Francis thanked God for the events that “erupted” since they allow people to see clearly the problem and how it is “to be remedied.” 

Such “violence,” the Pope added, “must be condemned, irrespective of the people,” and that “sooner or later” groups that are “not included in society will cause these situations of violence.”

Do we take him to mean that the violence at the Capitol was a gift from God? That God willed the fatal shooting of US vet Ashli Babbit and the deaths of five others? May we also contrast his condemnation of this violence with his mild criticism of the BLM riots which set a dozen US cities aflame and killed five police officers, not counting other shootings, lootings and burnings?

Was it not because 'Trump supporters' - you know, those 'deplorables' - were among the violent people who entered the Capitol that night, that Trump detester Bergoglio waxed more fervently in denouncing that event than the BLM riots which swelled Democrat coffers, funding their anti-Trump election campaign?

What really happened at the Capitol? Right-wing journalist Millie Weaver has now been arrested after posting evidence on Parler of Antifa/BLM activist John Sullivan “illegally entering the Capitol through a broken window, inciting others saying “Burn it all down!” Sullivan is seen breaking a window” and, strangely, filming the fatal shooting of U.S. Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt by security.

There are videos, now taken down by Twitter, showing black-garbed agitators beating on the locked doors of the Capitol only to be stopped by other demonstrators. 

More and more eyewitnesses are coming forward to give a true account of what happened.  Their accounts bear almost no resemblance to the mainstream media narrative.  The same media outlets which for three years lied about the Steele Dossier, Russian Collusion, and the Phony Impeachment are, not surprisingly, lying to us again.

The Capitol Police allowed the crowd in past the first row of barricades.  Videos, now being taken down by Big Tech, show police opening up the outer barricades.  One shows a policeman shouting “go, go, go!” to the demonstrators.

As the crowd grew, those in front were inexorably pushed forward.  Now the police tried to hold the crowd back, using pepper spray, tear gas, and in some cases their batons.  Witnesses say those in charge never declared an unlawful assembly, or gave any other orders to the crowd beforehand. 

Nevertheless, videos show that the crowd did not, in general, retaliate.  Unlike the Leftist mobs, they did not attack the police with sticks, bricks or other weapons. Once the doors were opened, a steady column of demonstrators streamed in.  Not only did the police make no effort to stop them, some literally waved demonstrators in, and were seen giving them directions while inside the building.  There are even pictures of police taking selfies with the demonstrators. Inside the Capitol, real violence: but not on Jan 6 ...

        As recently as June 2020 Rosenberg was listed as board member for an organization              called “Thousand Currents,” which manages fundraising for the Black Lives Matter              Global Network. When Rosenberg’s connection to BLM was made known last year,              the webpage listing her as a board member was deleted.

Regarding Rosenberg’s activities, the mainstream media “fact-checking” service, Snopes, has this to say:

In the absence of a single, universally-agreed definition of “terrorism,” it is a matter of subjective determination as to whether the actions for which Rosenberg was convicted and imprisoned — possession of weapons and hundreds of pounds of explosives — should be described as acts of “domestic terrorism.”

The FBI, supine for years in the face of the corruption of the Biden Crime Family and massive election fraud, has now suddenly gone into hyperdrive arresting people all over the country.  Their crime?  Entering the Capitol building after the police opened the doors to them. 

Activist John Sullivan, on the other hand, who may have actually “breached” the Capitol by breaking a window, was overheard by Weaver saying that he is not being charged. 

If it weren’t for double standards, the leaders of the FBI would apparently have no standards at all.

And why are the mainstream media all over the world, and the Democrats and the FBI in the US, and the silly socialist Novus Ordo hierarchy and 'Catholic' Labour voters in New Zealand so united in their determination to bring down President Donald Trump?

Because Trump is the world's greatest defender of life. He is the world's most powerful defender of Christianity. Behind all the strenuous efforts to impeach him a second time lurks "our ancient enemy", the evil one. Satan. The malevolence that nailed Jesus Christ to the Cross is the same in essence as that which has impeached President Trump.

Pilate, Pelosi - in essence, both Satan.

Just look at Donald Trump's accomplishments on behalf of God's beloved little ones:

• He appointed pro-life judges, including three to the U.S. Supreme Court
• Allowed states to defund Planned Parenthood of Title X and Medicaid money
• Stopped taxpayer funding of abortion overseas
• Defunded the pro-abortion United Nations Population Fund, which cooperates with China’s forced abortion regime
• Required health insurers to disclose if their plans cover abortions
• Cut $60 million from Planned Parenthood’s federal funding
• Ended the Obama-enforced contraceptive mandate, which had forced corporations with religious objections from covering abortifacients in their health plans
• Appointed many strong pro-lifers to key positions within his administration
• Created a new office for civil rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
• Canceled contract for taxpayer-funded experimentation with aborted baby body parts
• Allowed Texas to fund a health program that does not send funds to abortion businesses
• Withheld $200 million from California for violating conscience rights. The state had imposed universal abortion coverage mandates on health insurance.
• Took action against Vermont for violating conscience rights and forcing a nurse to help abort a baby
• Became the first American president to speak at the March for Life
• Signed an executive order protecting preemies and infants born alive after failed abortions
• Clarified that abortion is not a “civil right”
• U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo signed the Geneva Consensus Declaration, joining 31 other nations to declare there is “no international right to abortion” at the U.N.
• Asked the U.S. Supreme Court to restore the ban on at-home use of abortion pills
• Withdrew U.S. funding ($450 million) from the pro-abortion World Health Organization (WHO), which has close ties to Communist China

So could the NZ bishops, who are supposed to know the answers to this sort of question, explain why the Vicar of Christ (who incidentally has denied that title) is so inveterately opposed to Donald Trump, not only as defender of life but as defender of Christianity? Pray tell!

Moving right along, we wonder why Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican Secretary of State, with Bergoglio's full support, signed an agreement with the Communist Party that oppresses the Catholic Church in China and the Chinese people in general.

We're told that the Vatican will stay shtum about the human rights atrocities perpetrated in China, even the oppression and persecution of the Chinese Catholic Church, which has been stabbed in the back by the Vatican. 

Believe it or not, according to Bishop Marcelo Sánchez Sorondo, the 75-year-old Argentine who is chancellor of various pontifical academies, it's the Communist Party in China who “right now, are the best implementing the social doctrine of the Church."

The Chinese Communists reportedly pay the Vatican US$2billion every year for its criminal silence, as a contemporary version of the thirty pieces of silver that the Jewish Sanhedrin paid Judas, the traitor. 

The heroic Chinese Cardinal, His Eminence Joseph Zen, went from Hong Kong to Rome to ask for help or at least an explanation, but Pope Francesco did not have time to receive him.   However, the Marxist Franciscan priest Leonardo Boff ("married" and defrocked), the Jesuit James Martin, (famous advocate of homosexuality) and the atheist Eugenio Scalfari (personal friend of the Pope), were naturally more fortunate and were received by the unusual Pontiff.  

The Vatican stabbed our brethren Catholics in China.   And is being paid for it.
