It's probably really hateful to say that LGBTQI in Europe have got their pink knickers in a twist over Italy's crackdown on surrogate parents, which the poor things think is an attack on what they call their families. And even more hateful to say they're right.

Meanie Meloni, Italy's PM (an unmarried mother) wants to stop homosexuals hiring surrogate mothers in other countries. What a killjoy. And father-of-ten (to various women) Elon Musk is with her on this strategy for stopping Italy's plunge into the abyss of babylessness.

The Right is Rising! It bodes well for New Zealand's elections in October! In Spain the LGBTQI flag has been banned from public buildings in a small town where 'far-right' party Vox won the recent election, where Vox supporters say it's the only hope now, for Spain.

Italy is debating a crackdown on surrogate parents, seen as an attack on LGBTI families, while Spain's far-right party goes after the rainbow flag.

Italian MPs are debating a law that would make it illegal for Italian citizens to engage a surrogate mother in another country, with prison terms of up to three years and fines of up to €1m.

A 2004 law banned surrogacy in Italy.

The new surrogacy regime is backed by prime minister Giorgia Meloni and adds to fears in Italy's LGBTI community that her far-right government will erode their civil rights.

The LGBTI community as such might have mistakenly been granted civil rights but it has no moral rights to parenting children.

The proposed ban would also apply to opposite-sex couples, but critics see that as camouflage for its real intention — to stop homosexual couples raising children.

The surrogacy bill comes in a wider context of curbs on non-biological parents, which have already hurt many 'rainbow families'.

One can only feel compassion for 'rainbow families', especially the unfortunate children, and pray for them.

A top court in Italy ruled last year that non-biological parents cannot automatically be listed on children's birth records, and need to go through the long legal process of adoption in order to be formally recognised.

The only 'non-biological parents' who should be listed on children's birth records are their adoptive mothers and fathers. Not mothers and mothers or fathers and fathers.

Italian opposition MP Chiara Appendino warned that the harsh consequences of the new surrogacy law "will be paid by the children", AP reported.

It's the harsh consequences of homosexuals parading as parents that will be paid by the children. That are already being paid by innocent children.

The prosecutors' office in the Italian city of Padua this week also demanded that non-biological parents be removed from the birth certificates of 33 children registered to lesbian couples since 2017.

Encore! RESIST!

The children can no longer even use their non-biological parent's surname.

By the time they grow up, they may not want to.

"The Italian decision is monstrous, because it simply amounts to the administrative removal of a child from one of its parents on the grounds of homosexuality," French liberal MEP Pierre Karleskind said earlier this week.

Exactement!

"We cannot let children be the victims of this despicable far-right crusade against rainbow families," he said.

It is liberals such as yourself, M Karleskind, who are making victims of children. This is not 'far-right', it is you who are far wrong.

Meloni was raised by a single mother and is herself an unmarried parent.

But she wants to be seen as a defender of Christian values against what she calls "gender ideology" and the "LGBTI lobby".

"A child deserves only the best: a mother and a father," she said in March.

But if her anti-LGBTI rhetoric is meant to be populist, that kind of discourse appears to be less and less popular with Italian public opinion.

An Ipsos poll last June showed that 63 percent of Italians backed marriage rights for gay people — up 15 points from 2013.

It also said 59 percent were in favour of gay adoptions — an increase of 17 points from nine years ago, Reuters reported.

'Pope Francis', as Vicar of Christ your climate change and indifferentism falsehoods must give way to concern for saving these LGBTQ-indoctrinated souls.

In a landmark ruling, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) said in December 2021 that same-sex parents and their children should be recognised as a family in all EU member states.

Same-sex parents are living a lie. The more who repeat that lie, the more who will come to believe it (as evidenced in the polls on backing marriage 'rights' quoted above). Judiciaries are not immune to deception, especially on a grand scale.

(T)he European Parliament in March said it was "worried about the current global anti-rights, anti-gender, and anti-LGBTIQ movements, which are fuelled by some political and religious leaders around the world, including within the EU".

Spain's far-right attacks against rainbow flag

Earlier this week, Estonia became the first former Soviet state to legalise same-sex marriage. That put it ahead of Italy, where same-sex civil unions have been legal since 2016, but where homosexual marriage remains taboo.

But if Estonia's move marked a watershed for central Europe, which lags behind the EU's north and west on LGBTI rights, then developments in Spain echoed Meloni's political technology.

'Technology'. How about 'nous'?

Following last month's regional elections, an alliance of Spain's centre-right People's Party (PP) and far-right Vox has agreed to stop using the rainbow flag on public buildings in a small village in Valencia.

The village crackdown has raised public concern amid fears it could be rolled out nationally, if PP wins the general election on 23 July and forms a coalition government with Vox.

Earlier this week in Madrid, Vox paid for a huge billboard campaign denigrating feminist, rainbow, communist, and Catalan independence logos in a mixed bag of hate.

'Hate'? How about 'disagreement'?

"Decide what matters," the billboard slogan said.

How hateful.

"Too many politicians, media and online platforms are trying to sell their LGBTI-phobia as a legitimate political stance, while it's just hate.

Ah, it's not phobia even. A phobia is a fear. You're talking about LGBTI dislike, disdain, disagreement or even contempt, but it's not fear.

This is the case in Poland, Hungary and now in certain regions of Spain where the PP together with the extreme right are trying to repeal everything we have achieved so far," socialist group leader Spanish MEP Iratxe García Pérez told EUobserver.

Diddums.

The commission in the past rejected EU grants for Polish towns which declared their communities to be LGBTI-free.

We like that. 'LGBTQI-free'. Why not???

Elon Musk meets Giorgia Meloni

ROME (LifeSiteNews) — Elon Musk has met with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in Rome to discuss the problem of declining birth rates, as well as artificial intelligence.

The Italian prime minister shared a photo on Twitter of the two at their meeting on June 15 and wrote in Italian that “[i]t was a very fruitful meeting and a very cordial moment where we discussed some crucial topics: innovation, opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence, European market regulations and birth rates.

Both Musk and Meloni in the past have expressed their concern over low fertility rates.

The majority-owner of Tesla, SpaceX, and Twitter has repeatedly warned that the problem of low birth rates could lead to civilizational collapse.

“There is a life cycle arc to civilization just as there is to individual humans,” Musk told Tucker Carlson in a recent interview. “That’s, for example, why I’m concerned about decreasing birth rates and the fact that, for example, Japan had twice as many deaths last year as births.”

Musk also rightly identified contraception and abortion as the main causes of the drop in birth rates over the past decades.

“In the past, we could rely upon, you know, simple limbic system rewards in order to procreate, but once you have birth control, and, you know, abortions and whatnot, now you can still satisfy the limbic instinct but not procreate,” the business mogul said. “So, we haven’t yet evolved to deal with that because this is all fairly recent in the last 50 years or so … for birth control.”

Musk — who has 10 children himself from several relationships, some involving IVF or surrogacy — has spoken out on the issue many times before and has encouraged people to have more children.

The billionaire entrepreneur has also specifically spoken about the exceptionally low birth rate in Italystating in a tweet in May 2022 that “Italy will have no people if these trends continue.”

Likewise, Meloni has expressed her concern about the plummeting birth rates in Italy, most recently at a conference in Rome with Pope Francis.

At the conference, the Italian prime minister said that her government has “dedicated a department to birth rates” to “address the great crises, among which the demographic one is undeniable.”

She added that “children are the cornerstone of building any future” and stressed that “natality is the priority of our action so that Italy returns to have hope in the future. https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/elon-musk-meets-italian-pm-giorgia-meloni-to-discuss-declining-birth-rates/

  1. Well, we are rather desperate if we rely upon unmarried mother Meloni (like Cindie Mugabe) and unmarried father of plenty, Elon Musk, for leadership out of our moral morass.

I think the next attack on women is being signaled and that is contraception/ bodily autonomy. With the rise of increasingly sophisticated technology to replace humans why is a declining birthrate alarming and supposedly going to lead to the collapse of civilisation. It's not. It's only alarming because it's a declining number of consumers and the implications that has for those dependent on those consumers.
