Once more, a thought from Fr Gabriel of St Mary Magdalen:
St Bernard never tires of singing the glories of the name of Jesus: “It
is light when it is preached, it is food in meditation, it is balm and healing
when it is invoked for aid. ... (It) is honey in the mouth, music in the ear,
gladness in the heart. But it is also a remedy. Is any of you sad? Let Jesus
come into the heart.
