'POPE LEO' & PRIESTESS OF PUNK PATTI SMITH SHARE A MISSION

To comment please open your gmail account or  use my email address, FB Messenger or X.

Should Roman Catholics resign themselves to a 'Holy Father' who comes across as an aging, narcissistic groupie obsessed with celebs, photo opps and stardom? Is this what the Vicar of Christ and the Chair of St Peter have come to? It seems however, for those with eyes to see, that the 40 minutes indulged in by 'Pope Leo XIV' with Patti Smith, an old woman in untidy pigtails hailed as the 'priestess' of rock, has deeper significance. Sinister significance.

Recall, if you will, that 'Pope Leo XIV' (Robert 'FtR' Prevost) wouldn't give even the time of day to the Society of St Pius X (SSPX), whose Declaration of Faith gave thousands of disillusioned Catholics renewed hope in the religion founded by Christ, the Son of God, on the rock of St Peter. Instead, he 'excommunicated' them holus bolus. (Incidentally, in a Blessed Sacrament chapel in Napier this very afternoon, the only adorers happened to be 3 'excommunicants').
Now imagine what 40 minutes with Fr Davide Pagliarani SSPX might have accomplished for the Church, rather than getting weepy with Smith, the 'godmother of punk'. And remember that punk now is not the dark, dangerous, drugged and demonic genre it used to be when Smith godmothered it.

Actually, Fr Antonio Spadaro SJ, Undersecretary for the Vatican's Dicastery for Culture and Education, promoter of fellow Jesuit Fr James Martin and an intimate of Smith, calls her the 'priestess of rock'. Hmmm. In today's counterfeit church culture, 'priestess' is a pretty loaded term.

But to stick to the facts: the U.S. Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade was "terrible”, said Smith. It broke her heart. She urged American women to disobey the law and "have your abortion". She herself gave up her daughter for adoption on a promise that she would not be raised Catholic. She and Robert Mapplethorpe, a 'Catholic' notorious for his homo-erotic, violent, pornographic photography, were long-term lovers.

self-explanatory

Smith’s first album opened with one of the most famous declarations in punk history: “Jesus died for somebody’s sins, but not mine.”
Half a century later, she's a favored guest inside the Church established to preach that Christ died for the sins of every manhttps://bigmodernism.substack.com/p/leo-gives-the-godmother-of-punk-and

It's not first time the high priestess of punk has visited the Vatican. She's played the Vatican, in Bergoglio's day. Speaking of Bergoglio, recall also that he took flowers and chocolates on a home visit to Italy's infamous do-it-yourself abortionist Emma Bonino.

But on X, Fr Spadaro gushed over these 'two Americans, two from Chicago, two towering figures who are voices of hope for a divided world'If you, dear faithful Catholic, are not cringing yet, please watch the video: https://x.com/vaticannews_pt/status/2083149040988909930/video/1

The 'pope' and the punk princess had a sit-down. She said 'hi' and he said 'hi' back.' And when they parted (tearfully, we may suppose) she said (wait for it), 'Bye. Bye.'

Spadaro hailed their 'shared mission'. Catholics may hope and pray that the 'mission' is repentance, healing and conversion for all, beginning with Smith herself. But to be realistic, Smith is only the latest 'priestess' welcomed to the once-Holy See. Her most recent antecedent was the Anglican Archbishopess of Canterbury, Dame Sarah Mullaly who, far from being converted to Catholicism, appeared to attempt conversion of Archbishop Flavio Pace, Secretary of the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity, who bowed reverently to receive her blessing - just metres from the place where St Peter was crucified.

Before Prevost, we witnessed Wojtyla ('Saint' John Paul II), Ratzinger - (Benedict XIV, whose bungled resignation delivered the Church into the hands of Bergoglio (Francis) -welcome leaders of the most diverse sects and false religions (Jews, Muslims, Protestants, Buddhists, Hindus, shamans, and sorcerers), in those anti-Christian, anti-Catholic encounters in Assisi.

And, so as not to offend anyone and not to miss anything, the aforementioned 'vicars' of Christ often welcomed representatives of various Masonic lodges to the Vatican, beginning with the all-Jewish sect of "B'nai B'rith." On May 30, 2022, 'Pope Francis' received from B’Nai’Brith (the most powerful Jewish freemasonry) its highest honour, in thanks for  his support.

Father Antonio Spadaro SJ, Undersecretary for the Vatican's Dicastery for Culture and Education, believes the 'high priestess of punk' Patti Smith shares a mission with 'Pope Leo XIV'. Catholics are left to ponder what that mission is, and what mission he may share with Freemasons, Jews, Muslims, Protestants, Buddhists, Hindus, shamans, and sorcerers.

St Paul, Apostle to the Gentiles, writes:
"Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness?" (2 Cor 6:14)

Pray for Patti Smith. Pray for Robert Prevost. For Fr Spadaro. May the Most Holy Trinity quickly free His Church and all of us from the apostate, modernist, usurping ecclesiastical hierarchy, from the ill-fated Second Vatican Council, and from the highest offices in the Holy Roman Church.

Smith meets Francis, 2013. She performed at the Vatican in 2014 and 2021.

VATICAN CITY (LifeSiteNews) — Pope Leo XIV met with the pro-abortion, pro-LGBT punk rock star Patti Smith on Friday morning.

Smith, who is originally from Chicago, like Leo, is a singer, songwriter, and poet sometimes known as the “Godmother of Punk” for her influential early role in shaping punk music.

Her fame peaked in the late 1970’s with her biggest hit, “Because the Night,” a sensual song that declares the “night belongs to lust.” One of her best known lyrics is, “Jesus died for somebody’s sins, but not mine.”

Fr Spadaro calls Smith 'a wild mystic'

Smith met Francis in 2013. She performed at the Vatican Christmas Concert, 2014, and the annual concert, 2021.

The rockstar does not identify with any religion. She has publicly supported legal abortion, claiming in 2018 that “saving the lives of young women is more important than any ideology.” She referred to her belief that legal abortion, which kills unborn babies, “saves the lives” of mothers by preventing them dying by performing abortions themselves.

In 2022, Smith called the U.S. Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade “terrible” and said it broke her heart.

In 2014, Smith was invited by Pope Francis to play at a Vatican Christmas concert, and she performed at the Vatican again in 2021.

Father Antonio Spadaro, undersecretary of the Vatican Dicastery for Culture and Education, said a “spark was lit” when Smith met with Pope Leo.

When that door opened, something happened… a spark was lit – one that came with a few lighthearted moments, but also with a profound sense of emotion and of a shared mission in this challenging world,” wrote Spadaro on X.

“Two Americans. Two Chicagoans. Two remarkable figures whose voices speak hope to a divided world: the “priestess of rock,” as #PattiSmith is often called, and the Holy Father, #PopeLeoXIV.”

When that door opened, something happened… a spark not without its “little scenes,” but also a sense of deep emotion and of a mission in this difficult world. Two Americans, two from Chicago, two towering figures who are voices of hope for a divided world: the “priestess” of rock @PattiSmith, as she is called, and the Holy Father #PapaLeone.

A long audience that felt like a conversation between two people who discover they are old friends and share memories made of words and music, of dreams, visions, and hopes from yesterday and today.

LifeSiteNews Editor-in-Chief John-Henry Westen highlighted the fact that Leo took the time to meet with the “Godmother of Punk,” but “couldn’t meet with the SSPX.”https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/pope-leo-meets-pro-abortion-singer-patti-smith-as-vatican-official-hails-shared

    3. Retfrancis Fontenot Isnt it a dogma of the church that it is led and protected by the holy spirit? How then can a pope be a heretic, when jc himself said hell would not prevail against the church? You are either wrong, or just confused; maybe the church has no actual truth to tell, and you have been misled your whole life. If your told never to question their supposed 'authority", thats a big red flag. That how cults operate.

Eric Kiernan I can tell you that this pachamama who blessed a block of ice and received a blessing from a fake Anglican bishop and who has a porn writer as his assistant and opened a prayer room for Muslims is a heretic and is excommunicated!
