| Where were you during the time of COVID? And why are you wearing gold in Ordinary Time? |
35,000,000+ children have been killed this year, in the place designed by God to be their inviolate refuge: their mother's womb. How can a Christian not consider that to be the most horrendous issue facing humanity? But the acknowledged world leader of Christianity, Pope Leo XIV, thinks not. Caught on hot mic, he says "the one place I wish US bishops had a stronger voice…" (is immigration). His globalist stance contradicts the teaching of his own Catholic Church.
That scandal is magnified by pharasaical, leftist US priests who've weaponised the Holy Eucharist as a political prop, marching on an ICE facility brandishing a monstrance, demanding entry with Communion for prisoners who having sinned by breaking the law must repent and be absolved before receiving. Would these priests have pulled this publicity stunt without the approval of their bishop, and would the bishop approve if the pope didn't?
Where were these priests and their monstrances during the time of Covid? Why are they not marching on abortion mills? Why does immigration deserve more attention than infanticide, if not because the US Bishops make billions out of illegal immigrants?
The post-conciliar, Novus Ordo Synodal sect depends on illegal immigrants for FILTHY LUCRE revenue it no longer gets from Massgoers who've deserted in droves because the Vatican has deserted Christ. It's said that the new Archbishopess of Canterbury who supports infanticide, LGBTQ and Black Lives Matter has lost all moral credibility for the Church of England. The same can be said for Leo and his venal, homoheretical hierarchy.
Left-wing U.S. Bishop Mark Seitz told America magazine last week that Pope Leo XIV supports him speaking out against the Trump administration’s immigration policies.
“You stand with me, and I stand with you,” Leo told the El Paso ordinary during a meeting he had with a U.S. delegation at the Vatican on October 8. “The church [sic] cannot remain silent.”

Pope Leo XIV on HOT MIC:
“The one place I wish US bishops had a stronger voice…”
On abortion?
On LGBT ideology?
On contraception or impurity?
Nope.
Illegal immigrants, of course.

The monstrance which is not used for Communion is here as a political prop

(LifeSiteNews) — Left-wing U.S.

| The Church of England has lost all moral credibility. It's over.

Seitz serves as the chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ (USCCB) committee on migration. During the 2020 presidential campaign, Seitz participated in a Black Lives Matter protest where he was photographed kneeling. He also said he was “encouraged by the Biden campaign’s promises to address climate change” and his plan to “create a path to citizenship for the undocumented.”
In September 2020, less than six weeks before the presidential election, Seitz claimed in an op-ed for America magazine that Catholics cannot be single-issue voters. “In an aggressively secular and hyper-competitive world, we should be grateful for the public respect for Pope Francis shown by the Democratic nominee, former vice president Joseph R. Biden Jr., and the values of the working-class ethos that Mr. Biden aims to project,” Seitz wrote, despite Biden’s avowed support for abortion and pro-LGBT policies.
Seitz’s meeting with Leo was the third time the two have crossed paths. America reports that when he was prefect of the Dicastery for Bishops, then-Cardinal Robert Prevost invited Seitz to speak to newly consecrated bishops “about the ministry of bishops to immigrants.” They also met at the papal audience for the Jubilee for Missions and Migrants last month.
“The Holy Father did express his concern for the situation of immigrants in the United States. He is quite aware of the way they are being treated right now, so he expressed his unity with them and with all of those who are suffering difficulties in the United States,” Seitz told America. “Pope Leo said he would really like the [U.S.] bishops to speak together on this issue.”
Video footage of their conversation was leaked on the internet. Leo does not seem to be aware that he was being recorded. In his comments, Leo remarked that “even within the [USCCB] conference, there are challenges. That’s one place they should be … I wish they were stronger in their own voice.” The current head of the USCCB is Archbishop Timothy Broglio.
Seitz raised eyebrows last month during a panel discussion at Georgetown University. During the event, he blamed the media for not “getting our voice out” on immigration. Afterwards, he told Religion News Service (RNS) that Catholics might not be able to work for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.
“ I’ve talked to some ICE agents and to some who are retired but thinking of going back to ICE who are approaching it from the standpoint that they hope that they can soften the approach just by their presence, and so that’s a moral argument of sorts,” he said. “The time may well come for many of them where they have to make that difficult moral choice to say in conscience, ‘I can no longer do this.’ I’m not sure that we’ve arrived at that moment yet.”
Seitz further said that Catholics must “never attempt to turn off your conscience” if they join ICE. “Continue to study, continue to learn, continue to seek advice, and make your best judgment about whether in the particular situation in which you find yourself, you can continue to do what they expect.”
The clash between President Donald Trump and Pope Leo XIV was heightened with the publication of the pontiff’s apostolic exhortation Dilexi Te.
“Where the world sees threats, [the Church] sees children; where walls are built, she builds bridges,” the document reads. “The deterioration of the environment and of society affects the most vulnerable people on the planet,” it adds.
During his speech at the United Nations last month, Trump declared climate change to be the biggest “con job ever perpetrated on the world,” dismissing it as a “hoax made up by people with evil intentions.” He proceeded to label it, alongside illegal immigration, as part of the “double-tailed monster” of the 21st century.
“Your countries are being ruined. It’s time to end the failed experiment of open borders,” he exclaimed. “Every sovereign nation must have the right to control their own borders.”

"Woe unto You, Scribes and Pharisees" James Tissot |
"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites; because you are like to whited sepulchres, which outwardly appear to men beautiful but within are full of dead men's bones and of all filthiness."
- Matthew 23,27
ReplyDeleteYour loyalty to what is clearly a grossly inadequate man made structure - which is the Roman Catholic Church -has blinded you to reality. On the one hand you promote it by saying things like " the acknowledged world leader of Christianity, Pope Leo XIV" and on the other hand revile the clearly apostate, corrupt system and the people who control it. It must be hard to be so at odds with your chosen sect. Why do you suppose they cannot admit and agree with the high standard you hold them to? The real universal church as I have repeatedly reminded you is under the Kingship of Jesus, not some man made mediator between God and man. Our only life is that which Jesus imparts through the Holy Spirit, we as living stones being knit together in love. Membership is by being made a partaker of His life, nothing else is necessary for our credentials. Neither approval by man, nor a pope is necessary. You continue to say that there is no salvation outside the RC Church and that is the lie that you will go to the grave with if you continue to abide with it. The Father decided from all eternity who He would give to the care of the son. And those the Father has given Him, Jesus has power to make them the sons and daughters of God. Not some man-endowed power, but the power of God alone. Every true Christian is a priest, and an able minister of the Gospel through the grace of God alone. By grace through faith we have received this from God. We therefore need not a Roman Catholic rite of passage, because our circumcision is of the heart through the Spirit. Therefore "whosever will, let him come and drink of the water of life freely".
DeleteKerry Campbell I did warn Protestants that this post is above their pay rate but I'll try to explain.
The Church is Christ's structure, not man's as Christ Himself made abundantly clear in His Gospel.
That the pope is acknowledged as the world leader of Christianity is simply fact, not promo.
I did not choose, and I am at odds with, the 'clearly apostate' sect simply because IT IS A SECT, and not the One True Church which subsists still and always will, in the traditional Latin Mass which gave the world such martyrs and saints (conspicuously lacking in the Protestant sects) and will continue to do so until the end of time.
DeleteJulia du Fresne "this post is above" protestant "pay rate". How condescending, great sense of humility you've got going there.
"The Church is Christ's structure, not mans..." Agreed. What Christians worth their salt will never agree to is Roman Catholicism's narrow definition of who indeed are members of that body.
"The Pope is acknowledged as the world leader of Christianity..." Only in your perception, and only in the eyes of other RC's.
"The...Latin Mass...gave the world...martyrs and saints." At its most powerful level of corruption the RC church caused the martyrdom of many saints. Nothing will erase the disgraceful history of the Inquisition, Indulgences, stretching people on the "rack" until bone tore from bone in the belief that forcing people to confess "faith" in this way was for their good. Nothing will rewrite the history of those dark days by which the Roman Catholic church made the good name of Christ a name to be loathed by the world. It is a wonderful thing that the Roman Catholic church since the Reformation has never again enjoyed and wielded the same political hegemony as it did prior. And it never will again. Your lamentation over current trends and leadership is perhaps God's megaphone to you in observing the death throes of one of the most pernicious distortions of Christianity ever to make it's presence felt.
Kerry Campbell I did warn you.
DeleteAnd I don't take pride in myself but in being a daughter of Holy Mother Church.
ReplyDeleteThis pope is all part of the globalist agenda
Evil to the core, and is definitely NOT doing God’s work!
Anita Duffy I'm very much afraid you're right and he's exactly what we expected.
